Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, health services research, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, coach, train, and evaluate field-based HEOR Liaisons, ensuring strategic pull-through of HEOR engagement plans and payer strategies
• Maintain a personal panel of priority U.S. payer accounts, engaging directly in high-quality scientific dialogue about the company's products and pipeline assets
• Partner with market access stakeholders and identify opportunities to support account objectives; establish KPIs and adjust field activities as needed
• Represent the company at key forums, including Medicaid meetings and conferences, presenting data and fostering relationships within the managed care community
• Attend meetings with Market Access account directors to model best-in-class field engagement
• Lead the collection, synthesis, and reporting of U.S. payer insights across the team to guide internal planning and decision-making
