Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation seeks a strategic, field-based HEOR leader who blends scientific rigor with people development to advance patient access. You will translate clinical, economic, and real-world data into insights that inform payer decisions and market access for pipeline and commercial therapies.

You will coach HEOR Liaisons, manage payer accounts, present at key forums, and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access to shape value propositions and evidence strategies

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 10+ years HEOR/related experience.
• MD/PhD/PharmD with 7+ years HEOR experience.
• 3+ years of field-based HEOR leadership and proven performance.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication with payers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field-based HEOR Liaisons and ensure strategic pull-through of engagement plans.
• Maintain priority U.S. payer accounts and engage in scientific dialogue about products.
• Establish KPIs to assess progress and adjust field activities as needed.
• Represent the company at Medicaid meetings and clinical and managed care conferences.
• Lead collection, synthesis, and reporting of payer insights to guide internal planning.
