Qualifications
- Master’s or higher in HEOR, health economics, epidemiology, or related field.
- PharmD/PhD/MD with extensive HEOR/medical affairs experience preferred.
- 3+ years leading field-based HEOR teams or similar.
- Strong study design, data analysis, and interpretation of HEOR data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with payers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor field-based HEOR Liaisons to execute payer engagement plans.
- Develop and maintain priority payer accounts and communicate with stakeholders.
- Set KPIs, monitor progress, and adjust field activities accordingly.
- Represent UT at major payer and clinical/professional forums.
- Guide development of HEOR materials and payer value propositions.
- Partner with Medical Information to incorporate HEOR data into key materials.
