Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation seeks an experienced HEOR leader to drive payer engagement and evidence generation for both pipeline and commercialized therapies. This remote role focuses on leading field-based HEOR Liaisons across the U.S., mentoring teams, and shaping strategic HEOR plans.

You will build trusted relationships with payers, translate clinical and real-world data into insights, and coordinate cross-functional activities with Medical Affairs and Market Access.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health economics or related field.
• 10+ years in HEOR, medical affairs, or managed markets.
• 3+ years of field-based HEOR leadership experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with U.S. payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach HEOR Liaisons; drive payer engagement plans.
• Maintain a panel of priority U.S. payer accounts and engage scientifically.
• Partner with market access; track KPIs; adjust field activities as needed.
• Represent the company at Medicaid meetings and conferences with data.
• Model best-in-class field engagement with account directors.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access on HEOR data integration.
• Guide development of HEOR plans for products in development and on market.
