You will mentor HEOR Liaisons, manage priority payer accounts, present data at forums, and help shape payer value propositions for pipeline and commercial therapies. Remote within the US with up to 60% travel; a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree with 10+ years in HEOR, medical affairs, managed markets, or related fields.
• PharmD/PhD/MD with 7+ years in HEOR or related areas.
• 3+ years of field-based HEOR leadership experience.
• Strong study design, data analysis, and interpretation skills.
• Proven leadership, strategic influence, and collaboration ability.
• Excellent communication for payer and internal stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, and coach HEOR Liaisons; ensure strategic pull-through of engagement plans and payer strategies.
• Maintain a panel of priority US payer accounts; engage in scientific dialogue about products and pipeline assets.
• Partner with market access stakeholders; track KPIs and adjust field activities as needed.
• Represent the company at Medicaid meetings and conferences; present data and foster relationships.
• Model best-in-class field engagement alongside account directors; support internal planning.
• Oversee HEOR data integration into medical materials; guide development of payer value propositions.
