Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, epidemiology, health services research, or related field with 10+ years of professional experience.
• PharmD, PhD, or MD with 7+ years of professional experience in HEOR, medical affairs, managed markets, health plan, or pharmacy benefit management.
• 3+ years of previous field-based HEOR experience with leadership in the role.
• Strong understanding of study design, methodology, data analysis, and interpretation of HEOR data.
• Leadership and influencing skills; ability to guide senior stakeholders and manage high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, coach, train, and evaluate field-based HEOR Liaisons with strategic pull-through of engagement plans.
• Maintain a panel of priority U.S. payer accounts and engage in high-quality scientific dialogue about products.
• Partner with market access, track KPIs, and adjust field activities to meet account objectives.
• Represent the company at Medicaid meetings and conferences, presenting data and building relationships.
• Lead development of HEOR strategic and tactical plans for products in development and on the market.
• Guide payer value propositions and HEOR materials, incorporating new data as appropriate.
• Travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.
