Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Help Desk Support Specialist to deliver second-tier technical support across Windows 11, AD, M365, and Azure within Army/DoD environments. You will coordinate with NEC, USAREUR, and other DoD IT teams to resolve complex issues, maintain compliance, and support mission readiness.

The role requires VIP user support, VTC experience, and strong communication skills to interact with GO/SES personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/technical experience.
• Minimum 8 years IT support in enterprise/DoD environments.
• IAT II compliant security certification per DoD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-tier technical support for desktop, laptop, and networked systems.
• Manage AD and Azure accounts ensuring security and access control.
• Support mobility devices and VTC systems across NIPRNET/SIPRNET networks.
