Job summary

Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth LLP is seeking a Senior User Support Specialist in Newport Beach, CA. This IT role provides hands-on technical support to attorneys and staff, leads Help Desk activities, and mentors junior team members across multiple locations.

The candidate will manage incident resolution, coordinate service delivery, and collaborate with the Network Operations group to address recurring issues, while supporting a range of applications and devices in a fast-paced law firm

Qualifications

Minimum five years of technical support experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk environment, with senior/lead experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in IT.
Law firm experience and familiarity with legal macro packages and document management systems are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Help Desk operations and coordinate resolution of requests across locations.
Provide on-site training and hands-on support as needed to staff and attorneys.
Offer responsive support via phone, in person, and remotely for Windows, email, document management, and other applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a multi-site environment.
Lead asset tracking, inventory, and Help Desk projects; mentor junior staff.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
