Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking an on-site IT support professional to assist attorneys and staff in a fast-paced office. The role requires troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues while delivering concierge-level service in person.

The candidate should have 2+ years of technical support experience, Windows 10/11, O365, and familiarity with AD/Azure AD, Zoom Rooms, and Teams. Travel within the region may be required and prior law firm experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCDST, HDI Support Center Analyst; ITIL preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and deploying equipment for onboarding new hires.
• Track and manage equipment from departed users.
• Provide on-site support for video conferencing and A/V systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software including Office 365, remote tools, and financial systems.
• Collaborate with regional and IT teams to fulfill user needs.
• Maintain service quality with concierge-level support and strong relationships.
• Log and track tickets for hardware, software, and incidents.
• Follow change management processes and perform ad hoc projects as needed.
