Matura Farrington, Inc. is seeking a Senior User Support Specialist to support our law firm’s attorneys and staff. The role is hands-on and focuses on resolving complex technology challenges while guiding daily Help Desk operations.

You will mentor other support specialists and help raise the technology experience across multiple offices, leveraging your law-firm knowledge and customer service mindset.

Formación

• 5+ years of Help Desk or Service Desk experience.
• Law firm experience and a strong customer service mindset.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows, and troubleshooting.
• Initiative, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.
• Experience in a senior support role along with knowledge of legal applications and document management systems.
