Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
• Three years of progressive end-user support experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent may substitute for two years of general experience.
• A valid California Class C driver’s license is required.
• A+ Certification or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level technical assistance to end-users.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and standard software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Configure network connectivity and printer services.
• Document actions in help desk system and communicate resolutions.
• Assist in end-user training and develop how-to materials.
