Job summary

Intratek Computer, Inc. is seeking a Senior Desktop Technician to provide onsite support in Orange, CA. In this role, you will be the primary escalation point for all hardware, software, and peripheral issues, delivering Tier 3/4-level support to executives and staff.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in Microsoft environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position provides medical benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience supporting Microsoft environments in mid‑to‑large organizations.
• Extensive hands‑on experience troubleshooting at the hardware, OS, application, and network layers.
• Proven experience in complex escalation handling within an enterprise or MSP environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Provide daily Tier 3 / Tier 4-level support, resolving complex problems.
• Deliver polished, efficient support to VIPs and C‑Suite executives.
