• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Coordinate with departments and third-party vendors to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site systems support for end-user devices.
• Coordinate service delivery with departments to minimize disruption.
• Be primary point of contact for end-to-end issue management, including vendor coordination.
• Diagnose and resolve software problems and conflicts.
• Coordinate printer maintenance and AV support requests.
• Resolve PC connectivity issues and test full functionality after repair.
• Backup and restore user data prior to repairs as needed.
• Maintain records and report performance per SLA.
