Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Senior Help Desk Support Lead for the Educational Technology Support (ETS) team at Fort Benning, GA. The role oversees day-to-day ETS operations and serves as alternate Program Manager in the absence of the primary PM.

The position requires a SECRET clearance and a background in managing teams of 12+ staff, with ITIL certification and an IT-related bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a technical environment with 8+ years in a similar student environment for Government clients.
• Experience managing day-to-day activities for a team of at least 12 members.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Active SECRET clearance on contract start.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity of the ETS team, scheduling and functions.
• Coordinate equipment inventories (10% monthly, 100% annually) with Government Hand Receipt Holder.
• Collaborate on lifecycle replacement of ETS student computers and inventory tracking.
• Provide the COR with data on future TRAP course schedules.
• Deliver monthly ETS metric and NOC reports by the fifth day of the following month.
• Serve as alternate Program Manager, performing all PM duties in the primary PM's absence.
