Job summary

Luster National seeks Construction Managers at multiple levels to support large heavy-civil infrastructure programs in New York. You will oversee field execution, coordinate contractors, manage safety and quality, and keep work moving within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience managing large, complex heavy-civil projects.
• Experience overseeing construction for owners/agencies including change orders and field issue resolution.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, eBuilder, Procore) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction-phase leadership from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee field execution to ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes, and contract requirements.
• Monitor schedule, scope, budget, and risk for multiple task orders.
• Manage submittal, RFI, and change order processes with timely resolutions.
• Conduct field inspections and coordinate with safety and QA teams.
• Track progress, quantities, and cost against budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate progress meetings, site walks, and issue resolution sessions.
• Review contractor schedules for critical path impacts and alignment with plans.
