Job summary

PHOTOMATE is growing and expanding a new heat pump division, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who knows the HVAC industry inside and out. You will sell heat pumps in the assigned region, analyse channels, identify opportunities across residential, commercial and industrial markets, acquire new B2B partners, conclude contracts, and promote our products among plumbers.

You will work with Technical Support, Marketing and Sales to ensure smooth operations and manage leads,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience selling B2B (heat pumps).
• Strategic planning.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good time management.
• Knowledge of related technologies (PV systems and HVAC systems).
• Partial knowledge of marketing.
• Ability to sell new brand.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365.
• Fluent in Polish (min. C1) and English (min. B2).
• Driver's license (B).

Responsibilities

• Sell heat pumps in the assigned region and analyse sales channels.
• Identify opportunities across residential, commercial and industrial markets.
• Acquire new B2B partners, conclude contracts and promote products among plumbers.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Marketing and Sales to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage leads and track partner performance; provide basic technical training to partners.
• Collaborate with partners on opportunities and feedback to improve products.
