Job summary

Just Heat Pumps, a Denver-based heat pump installation company focused 100% on high-performance heat pump systems, is seeking a hands-on Heat Pump Sales Manager to lead the sales department. You will coach the team, conduct in-home audits, and drive revenue and growth in a fast-growing market.

This full-time role places you in a management seat, owning the funnel end-to-end, coordinating with marketing, operations, and install teams, and building a scalable sales playbook.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing deals and hitting revenue targets.
• Direct experience in in-home sales, home services, or HVAC is a plus.
• Denver Metro based with a reliable vehicle and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales targets and weekly forecast.
• Manage speed to lead and follow-up cadence.
• Own the funnel from first call to install handoff and CRM.
