Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow service revenue in the commercial HVAC market. You will prospect, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close, and build strong relationships with new and prospective clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B sales experience with strong communication and negotiation skills, plus a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
