Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Head of Technical Operations and Clinical Engineering to translate non-invasive sensor data into clinically actionable insights and drive impactful healthcare deployments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in medical devices, digital health, clinical engineering, healthcare technology, or related field.
• Experience leading technical deployments or integrations within hospitals or health systems.
• Experience working with hospital stakeholders: clinicians, biomed/IT/security teams.
• Strong analytics with metrics, dashboards, reporting, or data-driven tools.
• Working knowledge across hardware, software, and clinical workflows.
• Ability to independently scope problems, decide, and drive workstreams to completion.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication across audiences.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment for new customers, from scoping to go-live and support.
• Serve as the primary contact to hospital IT, biomed, and information security teams.
• Define onboarding procedures including device procurement, provisioning, and staff training.
• Manage integration workstreams with hospital systems and third-party data platforms.
• Build the field support model with SLAs and feedback loops to R&D.
• Support commercial with deployment milestones and utilization thresholds.
• Own instrumentation and reporting of device/platform usage and cadence.
• Oversee hardware supply, contract manufacturing, and partner design transfer.
• Provide operational support for clinical validation studies and data integrity.
• Offer product/R&D insights to guide roadmap decisions and deployments.
