Job summary

Hyve is seeking an experienced Event Director to lead ViVE, a premier digital health event. You will drive end-to-end growth, revenue generation, audience development, and strategic partnerships across the US healthcare ecosystem.

You will manage a cross-functional team, own the P&L, and partner with CHIME on the strategic alliance. Travel domestically is required, with a flexible hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of US healthcare, healthcare technology, or digital health landscape.
• Proven track record leading large-scale conferences, exhibitions, or complex event portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives and C-suite.
• Hands-on leader with ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall event strategy and execution for ViVE across marketing, sales, content, operations, partnerships, and hosted buyer programs.
• Own and evolve master project plans for event timelines across functions.
• Run agile project cycles and sprints to deliver milestones.
• Inspire, manage, and develop a cross-functional team in a high-performance culture.
• Be hands-on in delivery, while guiding the team.
