Zusammenfassung

Hyve Group is seeking a Sponsorship Marketing Manager for the Health Tech Division, focusing on HLTH USA, ViVE and Behavioral Health Tech. You will manage SPEX lead generation, data quality in Salesforce/HubSpot, and cross-team coordination to drive sponsor revenue across US events.

You will build targeted lists, run outbound and rebooking campaigns, and report on marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue, collaborating with sales and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in B2B marketing, with at least two in sponsorship, exhibitor or B2B demand generation.
• Hands-on Salesforce: reports, dashboards, campaigns, accounts, leads, opportunities, campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Own SPEX lead generation for HLTH USA, ViVE and BHT events with data builds, nurture and MQL qualification.
• Build ICPs for each event; tailor data, segments and messaging per event.
• Plan SPEX campaigns around prospectus launches, pricing deadlines, product launches and floor milestones.
• Deliver rebooking campaigns with sales, onsite and post-event; run outbound campaigns and enrich contacts.
• Coordinate with Sales to align funnel definitions and ensure consistent reporting.
• Produce weekly SPEX reports showing pipeline, revenue influenced, and pacing against last year.
