Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Director of Strategy & Business Development for Veeva Digital Events Services. You will own the go-to-market strategy, collaborate with sales, partners, account teams, and product leadership to elevate HCP engagements across the event lifecycle.

The role requires 7+ years in life sciences, strong executive communication, and a track record of bringing products to market. This remote-friendly role offers base pay of $125k-$200k plus bonus and stock; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in life sciences commercial strategy, sales/marketing operations, meetings & conventions, or HCP engagement.
• BS or BA degree required.
• Experience bringing new products/services to market and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate and execute the GTM strategy for Veeva Digital Events Services.
• Lead deal strategy for services and support sales teams to convert opportunities.
• Create compelling value messages for executive audiences and customers.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate feedback into service enhancements.
