Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Clinical Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, transformation, operations, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in the U.S. healthcare system with understanding of providers, laboratories, and payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery and stakeholder interviews across clinical, operational, IT, finance, and executive teams.
• Map patient journeys and workflows; design current-state and future-state processes.
• Develop value hypotheses, business cases and measurement approaches linking outcomes to value.
