Roche Information Solutions (RIS) North America is seeking a Senior Healthcare Transformation Consultant to map patient journeys, redesign workflows, and lead adoption of digital diagnostics. This field-based role requires collaboration with executives across the lab, clinical, IT, finance, and operations to align on value, adoption, and implementation plans.

You will facilitate multi-disciplinary sessions, build business cases, and guide change management initiatives to realize measurable

• Experience in healthcare consulting and transformation projects across health systems.
• Ability to map workflows, design future-state operating models and adoption plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise discovery and stakeholder interviews across clinical, IT, finance, and executive teams.
• Design current-state and future-state patient journeys and workflows for lab, clinical, IT, and admin stakeholders.
• Develop evidence-based value hypotheses, business cases, and measurement approaches linking clinical, operational, and economic outcomes.
• Engage health-system leaders to connect RIS solutions to care pathways and enterprise priorities.
• Identify readiness barriers and develop practical change and adoption plans with customers and Roche teams.
• Facilitate complex senior-level discussions and translate challenges into actionable transformation decisions.
