Roche is seeking a Digital Consultant to act as a trusted partner for healthcare laboratory customers, designing integrated digital solutions and driving operational improvements through data-driven insights. The role combines technical expertise with business acumen to influence local and regional buyers, supporting pre-sales activities and cross-functional collaboration across Roche Consulting teams.

Travel is extensive and the position is field-based across the western US or the Northeast

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Medical Technology or Life Sciences with 4 years of lab IT/general IT/product line experience; OR 6 years of IT experience.
• Experience with process mapping, statistical analysis, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to influence customer decision-makers with data-driven ideas.

Responsibilities

• Design differentiated digital solutions balancing customer value with business sustainability.
• Deliver pre-sales support for complex diagnostic solutions and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales and Regional Accounts to identify opportunities and integrate data into planning.
