Roche is seeking a Digital Consultant to partner with healthcare lab customers, improving diagnostics workflows via analysis, design, and data-driven value demonstrations. You will influence decisions early in the sales process, apply Lean Six Sigma methods, and ensure measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes across diverse environments.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree as listed plus 4 years of laboratory IT, general IT, or product line experience.
• 6+ years of laboratory IT, general IT, or product line experience in lieu of the degree.
• Experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or manufacturing operations, engineering, quality or regulatory roles.

Mansioni

• Design differentiated digital solutions balancing customer value with business sustainability.
• Support consulting engagements for local and regional projects using standard analytical methods.
• Provide pre-sales support for development of complex diagnostic intelligent integrated solutions.
• Deliver digital consulting services including workflow planning, process analysis, future-state design, and change management.
• Assist with handoff to implementation teams and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
