Job summary

Roche Information Solutions (RIS) North America seeks a Senior Healthcare Transformation Consultant to map patient journeys, redesign workflows, and drive adoption of diagnostic innovations across the U.S. healthcare system.

In this field-based role, you will lead enterprise discovery, design operating models, build value cases, and coordinate with executives to deliver measurable clinical, operational and economic impact.

Candidates reside within 50 miles of a major airport and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Clinical Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare consulting, transformation, operations, clinical/laboratory improvement, population health, change management, or related roles.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, with strong understanding of interdependencies among providers, laboratories, and payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery and stakeholder interviews across clinical, operational, IT, finance and executive teams.
• Map current and future-state patient journeys and workflows; design governance and adoption plans.
• Develop value hypotheses, business cases and measurement approaches linking outcomes to value.
• Engage health-system leaders to connect RIS solutions to care-pathway redesign and economic value.
• Identify barriers to adoption and develop readiness and change approaches with Roche teams.
• Capture learning from engagements to inform activation strategies and playbooks.
• Facilitate senior-level discussions and translate challenges into actionable decisions.
• Contribute to pre-market commercial motion with DBMs, SGA and RDC Sales.
