Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT/Med Tech/Life Sciences with 4 years of IT/lab experience
• OR 6 years of lab IT, general IT, or product line experience
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent beneficial
• Experience with workflow analysis, diagnostics or healthcare environments is preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills required

• Design digital solutions balancing customer value with business sustainability
• Lead cross-functional digital consulting engagements
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies in pre- and post-sales work
• Provide pre-sales support with tangible ROI analyses
