Providence is seeking a seasoned Corporate Counsel to provide strategic legal advice on healthcare transactions, including M&A, divestitures, and partnerships. The attorney will guide transaction lifecycle, regulatory analysis, and post-closing integration while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Active bar license in WA/OR/CA preferred.
• Extensive experience advising healthcare organizations on complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on healthcare transactions including M&A, divestitures, JV, affiliations and strategic partnerships.
• Support transactions from evaluation through closing and post-closing matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate definitive transaction documents.
