Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex technology programs.
• Minimum of 3 years in the healthcare payer and/or PBM industry (claims, enrollment, benefits, provider data).
• Minimum of 2 years engaging senior client leaders and guiding delivery status, risks, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across delivery lifecycle (onshore/offshore).
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Proactively identify and manage program risks to maintain momentum.
