Accenture is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to oversee complex, full-lifecycle technology programs for healthcare clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and drive measurable business outcomes with strong client engagement.

Responsibilities include governance, risk management, and delivering high-quality client outcomes across distributed teams. Travel may be required; a strong background in payer processes and delivery excellence is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex technology programs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare payer and/or PBM industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience engaging senior client leaders and communicating strategy and status.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading large, cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum.

• Manage workstreams within large-scale technology programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate business objectives and technology strategy into actionable plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Provide clear updates on status, risks, and decisions to client and Accenture leadership.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain momentum.
