Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to lead complex, full-lifecycle technology programs for healthcare clients. You will collaborate with Accenture teams, partners, and client stakeholders to drive value and outcomes.

You will manage governance, financials, risks, and team performance, guiding onshore and offshore delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex technology programs (full lifecycle).
• Minimum of 3 years in the healthcare payer and/or PBM industry with payer processes knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years engaging and influencing senior client leaders and delivering program updates.
• Minimum of 2 years leading large, cross-functional, geographically distributed teams using Agile/Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams within large-scale technology programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate business objectives and strategy into actionable plans and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Provide clear updates on status, risks, and decisions to clients and leadership.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities to improve delivery momentum and value.
