Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead complex, full-lifecycle technology programs for healthcare clients in the U.S. You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, translate business goals into delivery plans, and manage risks, budgets, and governance to achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor analysts and consultants while driving client value and opportunities for follow-on work across geographically distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading complex technology programs from mobilization to go-live.
• 3+ years in healthcare payer / PBM with core payer processes knowledge.
• 2+ years engaging senior client business and tech leaders.
• 2+ years leading large, distributed teams with Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams within large-scale technology programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate business objectives and tech strategy into actionable plans and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Accenture, client, and partners globally.
• Provide clear updates on status, decisions, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and elevate program risks and issues to maintain momentum.
• Apply tech know-how to connect delivery to business outcomes.
• Oversee governance, budgeting, resource coordination, and quality management.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables aligned with objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery performance and client value.
• Coach analysts and consultants; contribute to proposals and growth opportunities.
