Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a Clinical Management Senior Manager to lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations aiming to improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers.

In this role you will design care delivery models and workflows across client engagements, own delivery of measurable improvements in patient flow and avoidable utilization, and build executive relationships to operationalize evidence-based pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement.
• Minimum of 4 years of management consulting/advisory experience within the Healthcare Industry.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions across multiple client engagements.
• Own delivery of measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization, directing teams of consultants and subject matter experts.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models.
