Job summary

ECG Management Consultants is a national healthcare consulting firm seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our ECG consulting pool. You’ll contribute to engagements across Health System Performance, Medical Group Optimization, Payer Strategy & Contracting, and Strategy & Enterprise Growth.

The role emphasizes analytical excellence, Epic workflow expertise, and leadership of work streams, with a hybrid schedule and opportunities to travel for client engagements in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a Master’s degree (or equivalent).
• Typically 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, healthcare analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Epic and related healthcare IT platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage analytical work streams with accuracy and data validation.
• Develop models, tools, and dashboards to inform client decisions.
• Translate project requirements into Epic configuration and build activities.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and client executives.
