Job summary

ECG Management Consultants is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our healthcare analytics practice in a hybrid role. You will manage analytical work streams, translate results into client-ready recommendations, and guide junior team members across multiple engagements.

Ideal candidates have Epic experience, strong analytics, and a track record in healthcare operations or strategy. Travel to client sites and collaboration across ECG divisions are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare consulting or analytics.
• Experience with Epic clinical, revenue cycle, and workflows preferred.
• Ability to translate analyses into client-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own major work streams and deliverables.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and present to clients.
• Build and validate analytic models and dashboards.
• Coordinate with project managers and teammates to ensure project success.
