Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting or healthcare analytics.
5 years leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into strategies.
Preferred: 3 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across clinical areas.
Design data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality of care.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations and senior leadership business cases.
Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders and drive analytical solutions.
Develop quantifiable impact models and monitor implemented initiatives.
Mentor junior analytical staff and prepare executive-level presentations.
