Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a seasoned advisor to support large-scale health plans and customers with complex engagement programs. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Clinical, and IT teams to define strategic directions, deliver client value, and lead workstreams while mentoring junior staff.

You will own deliverables, build client-specific requirements, and manage scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure high quality outcomes for Health Plans and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or closely related field.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery and execution of large-scale client transformation programs; gather data, analyze, and present recommendations.
• Build and maintain expertise; interface with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to meet commitments.
• Support readiness, change management, solution capability, packaging, and delivery planning.
• Design deliverables to meet contractual obligations and guide client value.
• Lead engagement workstreams to hit milestones with quality within budget.
• Coach and develop junior resources.
