Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a senior delivery leader to support large-scale, multi-year client transformation programs in the health sector. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Clinical, and IT teams, serving as a trusted advisor to customers and internal leaders.

The role emphasizes delivering value through advisory and delivery services, owning artifacts, guiding workstreams, and developing junior professionals while maintaining high-quality outputs on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, MIS, health administration, or closely related field.
• 5 years of consulting and/or industry experience required.
• Preferred: PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma credentials.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery and execution of large-scale client enterprise transformation programs.
• Interface with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to meet customer commitments.
• Develop client-specific requirements, SOPs, roles, processes, and user guides.
• Own deliverable artifacts and lead workstreams to meet milestones and budgets.
• Coach and mentor junior resources; perform other duties as assigned.
