Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive enterprise architecture across care management, interoperability, and digital health initiatives. You will partner with business leaders, product teams, and engineers to solve complex healthcare problems and design scalable, modern cloud-based solutions.

You will mentor teams, influence roadmap decisions, and lead multi-product initiatives while aligning with Cambia’s strategic goals and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field with advanced degree preferred.
• Twelve years in IT with leadership and architecture experience.
• Seven years of experience evaluating business requirements and designing complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy and define future-state platform design across healthcare capabilities.
• Collaborate with executives, product teams and engineers to solve business challenges.
• Mentor developers and align project roles with strategic direction.
• Document solutions within the EA Modeling Environment and govern architecture quality.
• Estimate resources and timelines; monitor project status for excellence.
