Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our IT Architecture team across multiple U.S. offices. You will partner with business leaders, product teams, engineers, and executives to solve complex healthcare challenges and shape platform design.

The role emphasizes enterprise architecture leadership, cloud strategy, and collaboration to deliver scalable, interoperable solutions in an environment focused on patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in IT with 2–3 years of technical leadership.
• 7+ years evaluating business requirements and designing complex systems.
• Experience in health insurance technologies and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a key member of an agile team to collaborate with the business.
• Partner with internal customers and industry contacts to understand trends and needs.
• Engage in business analysis, data access design, and security.
• Lead future technical strategies and ensure successful maintenance hand-off.
• Provide technical leadership to multiple product teams.
• Document all solutions in the EA Modeling Environment.
• Mentor developers and align project roles with direction.
