Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years IT experience with at least two years technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of health insurance operations is required.
• Experience evaluating business requirements and designing end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure architecture for member authentication systems.
• Lead technical strategy for clinical integrations.
• Mentor developers in technology implementation strategies.

Skills

Experience designing solutions for health insurance operations

Familiarity with healthcare data exchange and integration patterns

API design and management

Experience with AWS solutions
