You will mentor teams, shape technology roadmaps, and ensure alignment with regulatory health insurance requirements while translating business needs into solid technical designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Seven+ years IT experience with architectural leadership.
• Experience in health insurance technologies and payer processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture across multiple product teams to implement strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with executives, product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
• Mentor developers on technology implementation and best practices.
• Document solutions within EA Modeling Environment.
