Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Software Testing Principal to lead testing for mission-critical healthcare applications in a MUMPS/InterSystems Caché environment. This is a 100% remote role focused on modernization, interoperability, and production support.

You will design test plans, drive testing effort across teams, mentor junior testers, and ensure data integrity across legacy systems using HL7, FHIR, and EDI standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 8 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in software testing, QA, or system validation.
• Experience in regulated environments (healthcare/government).
• Experience testing enterprise apps in clinical/healthcare operations and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for MUMPS/InterSystems Caché environments.
• Validate enhancements, releases, defect fixes, and upgrades.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, UAT, system, and end-to-end testing.
