Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and drive resolution.
• Proven execution and delivery skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded new business clients.
• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects with defined deliverables and milestones.
• Conduct project post-mortems to capture lessons and drive process improvements.
• Develop change management plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques and responsibilities.
