CannonDesign is seeking a Project Architect to lead the development of all technical aspects and content for large, complex healthcare projects, coordinating with disciplines to ensure integrated deliverables on Mayo Clinic’s campus.

You will guide production, quality plans, and construction administration, translating design intent into documentation while meeting schedule and budget goals across multiple phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 5 years in increasing responsibility in construction documentation and at least 3 years in construction administration on large institutional or commercial projects.
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
• CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
• Demonstrated focus on quality; strong client leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage critical path process to lead project team through all technical and production aspects from initial stages of pre-design through project completion.
• Lead the regular and ongoing engagement with the Office or Project Quality Leader for general and targeted project support.
• Lead the integration and development of all technical aspects and content of the work and translate them into our instruments of service.
• Work with the Project Manager to establish and maintain realistic work and labor plans and deliverable schedules.
