Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives within the Enterprise PMO. You will translate strategy into executable plans, align executive sponsors and delivery teams, and drive measurable business value across multiple functions.

The role requires exceptional executive presence, governance setup, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• PM certificate and current PMI requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior executives across functions.
• Experience governing high-visibility initiatives and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from start to finish.
• Define outcomes, scope, success measures and decision rights.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones and resources.
• Establish and lead program governance structures and reviews.
• Coordinate across Operations, Technology, Finance, Commercial, Product, People.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and organizational readiness; mitigate issues.
• Deliver executive status reports and decision materials.
• Support portfolio planning and prioritization with data insights.
