Job summary

Northern Impact is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare projects across the Los Angeles and San Diego regions, with fully remote options available. The role will involve directing multidisciplinary teams, maintaining schedules and budgets, and ensuring adherence to quality and contractual obligations.

You will act as the primary client liaison, manage vendor contracts, and support business development while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience on complex healthcare projects.
• Experience leading healthcare design and delivery teams.
• Familiarity with OSHPD/HCAI processes and standards.
• Strong client relationship management and communications.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of assigned healthcare projects from proposal through closeout.
• Serve as primary client liaison and director of multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop strategic project plans and ensure design, documentation, schedule, and budget align with objectives.
• Prepare, manage, and negotiate professional services agreements and consultant contracts.
• Establish budgets, oversee billing, and manage consultant invoices and pay applications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring milestones and contracts are met.
• Collaborate with Design Team to realize the design vision and ensure constructability.
• Oversee procurement documentation and bid processes.
• Lead QA/QC across projects and support business development.
• Mentor junior staff and promote professional development.
