Job summary

IT Impact Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a major healthcare initiative. This remote contract role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States, with initial engagement through February 2027 and potential extension.

The Role

Lead a key healthcare client initiative as a Senior Program Manager. This remote contract opportunity is open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. Drive large, complex, cross-functional programs, align stakeholders and senior leadership, and maintain clear visibility into delivery, budgets, risks, and overall program health.

• Lead strategic enterprise initiatives across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams


• Own project planning, timelines, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting


• Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and tracking


• Engage senior leadership and key stakeholders with clear communication and strong executive presence


• Initial engagement runs through February 2027, with a strong likelihood of extension

What You Bring

• Healthcare experience is required; member experience and Medicaid experience are strongly preferred
