Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Senior Project Manager within the PMO to lead end-to-end management of complex U.S. healthcare programs. You will partner with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful implementation, governance, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires exceptional leadership, executive presence, and the ability to build credibility with clients and senior leaders while driving delivery excellence across Operations, Technology, Product, Quality, and Client Services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM experience leading complex U.S. healthcare programs.
• PMP Certification and HIPAA experience.
• Strong leadership and executive communication.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional healthcare implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure PMO governance and delivery best practices across the portfolio.
• Facilitate executive reviews, kickoffs, and steering committees.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, sponsors, and delivery teams.
• Provide executive-ready status reports and KPI dashboards.
